Justice is an absolute standard for the conduct of human relations while democracy is a formalism by which decisions are made.

Achieving the former within the structure of the latter is a challenge for any society. In modern times, Western societies have had more success in establishing a degree of domestic justice within a democratic formalism than

have others.

But the question is that how we can establish justice in our lives. A person who is deprived off from his rights by offenders or by misrepresentation or misleading approach of the person holding the balance.

This website will help those who are interested to criticise the case laws and help the researchers to present their ideas to public and experts for a balanced life and society.

You can submit articles or case laws with your comments where balance has not been held properly in any judgment. Similarly if you find any news, reference or complaint, to be beneficial for others, we will publish here.
